How boring this world would really be
If all of a sudden I was You and
You was me and we were both alike
Then no one could hate each other
or bate people into saying hateful
mean things about each other
You see we would all be alike
I am thankful that it's not that way
Hey I enjoy knowing everyone is not alike
We are all born with a heart and a soul
what people do with it is not
up to us to judge our duties
should be to love and guide
and most of all pray about
the things we don't understand
If your neighbor needs help
pull him out please don't
raise your feet up and start stomping
them with your tongue
I have a theory I have lived by
all my life if you can not say or do something
good for someone it is best not to say
nothing at all because believe me it sure
can come back home to bit you on the tush
That can really be very painful at times.
