Darkness of the dark of night
Do not roll away so fast
Or think the day light can not shine
Through your past of doing wrong
With the light of day come all things good and right
Living with yourself you know all things
God lets us know when things are not right
Brighten each day as I walk and Lord
Help me to stay on the right path
With your blessing and forgiveness
For each day we live some how or other we sin
And all we have to do is talk to him
His plan is written in the sand
